Coming in October 2020!

This is a training weekend with the added bonus of retreat and education goodness! Swimmers will have 9+ hours of safety supported and buoy marked open water swimming access. Special clinics with the ins & outs of swimming with currents, navigating others, and steering our inner thoughts. Learn from veteran Great Chesapeake Bay Bridge and Channel Swimmers! Local massage and yoga practitioners will be onsite to ensure minds and bodies are attuned to the challenges and benefits of the open water!

9:30AM Gentle Yoga for Swimmers  

10:45AM – 12PM Panel Discussion with Chesapeake Bay Swim Veterans

12PM Lunch in Dining Hall followed by free play or rest time in cabins.  

3PM – 6PM.  LONG SWIM, choose your distance.  3PM-4PM -Strategies Clinic

6:30PM Dinner In Dining Hall

7:30PM Sunset Yoga or Reserve a Massage Spot

8:30PM Hayride, Campfire & Dessert
