Join us Friday mornings April 10 - June 26, 2026 for a Power Paddle on the South River as the sun rises!
We are neither lily dippers or professional paddlers. We want to build some fitness and be glad we woke up early. Our format will be to assemble at the Sylvan Shores beach by 6:15 AM on Fridays, quietly;) Everyone will wear a watch and start it together for a :30 minute Out & Turnaround style paddle. Some of us may be going for distance goals or speed work while others may be learning how to go straight and are practicing paddling in general. Different objectives and goals still arrive back to the beach around the same time for high fives 😎
