PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Maximize Your Swim Speed

Film & Feedback for a Faster Stroke is for ages 13 + utilizing our state of the art underwater cameras to help you develop a more efficient and faster stroke.

Open Water Swimmers and Triathletes may choose to focus on Freestyle, while club and masters swimmers may opt to mix in other strokes with their freestyle.

We utilize state of the art underwater filming cameras. Swimmers will view some of their swims in real time while other videos captured will be housed in an accessible participant platform. Drop-In participants will have free access to their videos and may purchase a voiceover for an additional fee.

This is a ‘drop in’ program but advance registration appreciated!

All training sessions are held at the North Arundel Aquatic Center, a premier location equipped with outstanding facilities for swimmer development.

Film & Feedback meets on Sunday Mornings 8:15 - 9AM and Wednesday PM from 6:45 - 7:30 PM

  • This is a Drop-In program. Cost is $55/swim*

    Pre registration encouraged.

  • This program is for swimmers of all experience levels, from novice to advanced, and is designed to help everyone improve. You must be 13 years old to participate.

  • No! Participants have the freedom to gain feedback on all (4) competitive strokes.

  • All participants, including drop-ins, receive a video library. Session registrants receive virtual analysis and drop -ins may purchase virtual voice over with onscreen graphics for an additional fee.
