Intramural Swim Team

Swim Squad is designed for young athletes ages 6 and older who have already participated in at least one season of summer swim team. Our coaches follow a comprehensive stroke development curriculum and engage athletes with weekly video demonstrations highlighting skills and techniques. Join our vibrant community of swimmers as you grow and improve in the water.

2-Day Swim Squad @ SPRFC

All practices are held at the Severna Park Racquetball Club.

  • 9 & Under Swim Squad meets on Sundays at 4 PM and Fridays at 7 PM.

  • 10 &Over Swim Squad meets on Sundays at 5 PM and Fridays at 8 PM.

  • Intro to Swim Squad meets on Sundays at 3 PM.

There is ample free parking in the back of the Racquetball Club. Best entrance for practices is the back door. At the North Arundel Aquatic Center parking and entry is standard in front.

  • Participants should be 6 years or older and have swim team experience.

  • Swimmers are divided into 9&Under and 10&Over for appropriate training.

  • The curriculum is designed to introduce and improve skills in all strokes. It is expected your child be competent swimming at least freestyle and backstroke independently across a 25 yard pool.
