SWIM SQUAD

Swim Squad is an 8 week program meeting Fridays & Sundays. Coaches follow a stroke development curriculum aligned with the American Red Cross and share weekly video demonstrations to introduce and reinforce skills. It is appropriate for kids who have participated in at least (1) summer of swim team (or been qualified to do so). Swim Squad is a program aligned with the American Red Cross Learn to Swim Curriculum. It begins with our Sunday Intro to Swim Squad, aligned with Red Cross level 2, and continues through our older age group Swim Squad, aligned with American Red Cross Learn to Swim Levels 5&6. The structure and pace of the group allows for all experience levels to learn and to be challenged.
